Broad Function
1) Daily interaction with market network (Banks) & developing the same
2) Identification of new customers & generating business from them
3) Creating product awareness among the customers and getting feedback on market situations and commercial situations
I) Revenue Generation
1) Taking indent/intention letter from client for commodity funding from Banks
2) Sourcing the client and converting the lead into funding through PSU Banks.
3) Sourcing the client and passing the leads to Private Bank's for funding location.
4) Follow up with Banks for funding locations and Stocks Management assignments.
5) Sourcing Business for Assigned warehouse locations to ensure optimum utilization at Warehouses
II) Relationship Building
1) Maintaining Relationship with officials of Private and PSU Banks
2) Maintaining Relationship with clients sourced for funding through PSU Banks.
3) Monthly Visit to minimum 15 clients in Non season Period and 10 clients in Season Period
4) Monthly visit to 15 branches of PSU Banks in non season Period and 10 branches in season period
5) Monthly visit to all Private Banks in assigned territory.
6) Maintaining relationship with clients having stocking in our warehouses
III) Liaising/Payments Collections/Data Base Management
1) Maintaining client wise records for Stock Management Charges in which funding is done through Banks.
2) Maintaining month wise/client wise records of Balance funding.
3) Meeting clients & Banks in case there are issues related to payment pertaining to stock management charges & interest due to Banks.
Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture or any stream with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
Good communication skills both written & verbal.
